Setting Up Your Staff Manager


Setting up your Staff Manager for your website is easy! Just follow these simple steps
and you will have your Staff Manager up in no time!
     ● Login to your Infinity Site Manager (ISM) and point your mouse to your drop
       down menu to the left of the screen
     ● Hover over “Content” and then click on “Staff Manager

  ● Select the “Categories” tab and click New at the top, right side of your screen
  ● Enter the category you choose (ie:Front Office, Coaches, etc.)
  ● Click Save at the top, right side of your screen

● Click the “View Staff” tab at the top and click New at the top, right side of your
screen
● Enter all the information in the appropriate fields and select the appropriate
category
● Click “Select” for image and to the right side of your screen you will see the
browse button to upload your image
● Click Save at the top, right side of your screen when done
● Repeat steps for each staff member

Congratulations! You have set up your Staff Manager!

 

Sorting Your Staff Members

After you enter all of your staff, you may want them to show in a certain order on your
site. Follow these simple steps and you will have them in the order that you wish.
     ● Click the category on the right side of your screen that you wish to sort

    ● Enter the number that you wish next to the the appropriate staff member
    ● Click Save Sort Order

Congratulations! You have sorted your Staff Members!
