Due to popular request, we have now added the Google Forms Plugin to our collection of features. By just inserting the URL to your form into the plugin, users now have access to fill out your form.
Pro Tip 1:
Use this to gather feedback from your customers on anything — the app itself, your service, your products etc.
Pro Tip 2:
Use the notifications feature to let your users now that the form is available and to remind them when the deadline to fill it out approaches.
Hi there! And welcome to our Google Form Plugin video.
If you haven’t done so already, please be sure to watch our 2-Minute Overview video first before moving onto any other help videos, including this one.
Now, onto the Google Form Plugin.
- The Google Form Plugin allows you to directly insert a survey you’ve created through Google Forms into your app.
- This is a great tool to use if you would like to gather some data or ask your users some questions.
Creating a Google Form Plugin
To add a Google Form plugin to your app, go to Plugins and Add Plugin. Find the Google Form Plugin, click add, then name it. All you need to do now is input the link to your Form here and click Validate.
Be sure that your Google Forms share settings are set up so that anyone with the link can view it.
Adding a Google Form Plugin to Your App
Now the plugin has been created and exists, but is not yet accessible to users. You will need to add it to the app on the Home Plugin, in a Folder Plugin, and/or to the Side Menu. To add it to the Home Plugin, go to Home Plugin, scroll down and click “Add Plugin Instance”. Now select the Google Form Plugin you created. To add it to a Folder Plugin, navigate to the Folder Plugin and click on “Add Plugin Instance”. To add it to the Side Menu, go to Plugins then Side Menu and click on “Add Plugin Instance”.
Your Google Form Plugin is now accessible within your app. Don’t forget to click Publish to push out your changes. If you haven’t upgraded, please upgrade so that you can publish your changes. Thank you so much for watching. Be sure to check out our other Help Videos and we’ll see you next time!
